Purpose and audience
The website introduces our corporate treasury and financial operations consulting activities to business visitors. It provides general descriptions, educational perspectives and a business enquiry form. It is not a trading platform, payment service, investment account or client-money facility.
The information is intended to help visitors understand our consulting focus and frame a business discussion. It does not assess the circumstances of any particular visitor or establish that a service is appropriate, available or permitted in every jurisdiction.
Information and professional judgement
Service descriptions and financial insights are general information. They do not replace legal, tax, accounting or authorised investment advice where that advice is needed. Verify information relevant to a decision and obtain advice suited to the activity and jurisdiction concerned.
We aim to present clear and useful material, but information, assumptions and business conditions can change. A publication date or source date helps explain the context; it is not an assurance that an article remains current for a later decision. Illustrations are conceptual unless expressly identified otherwise.
Submitting an enquiry
Review your entries and agree to the Privacy Policy before submitting. A confirmation and reference acknowledge receipt of an enquiry; they do not book a consultation, accept work or establish a client relationship. If an error is shown, keep your entries and try again as instructed rather than assuming the request reached us.
Provide accurate contact information and only information you are entitled to share. Do not include payment instructions, access credentials, confidential files or unnecessary sensitive personal information. Submission limits and security checks may prevent or delay a request. The Privacy Policy explains how accepted enquiries are handled.
Formal engagements
Any service is subject to a separate agreement covering the contracting parties, scope, responsibilities, fees, deliverables and relevant information-handling arrangements. Website wording alone is not an offer to carry out a transaction or a promise of a particular result.
Clients retain control of their funds and business decisions. Where an activity requires authorisation, it must be undertaken by an appropriately authorised provider. A consulting engagement does not extend Harbourlight’s role beyond the agreed and legally permitted scope.
Responsible use and attribution
You may view the website and keep reasonable extracts for internal evaluation or reference. Retain relevant attribution and do not present company materials as your own or imply that Harbourlight endorses another business. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights.
Do not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass access controls, misuse its identity or upload or introduce harmful material. External references are provided for context; they do not establish a partnership or make Harbourlight responsible for a third party’s services or policies.
Availability and changes
Website content and functions may be revised, and access may occasionally be interrupted. These terms do not remove rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes to these website terms will be reflected in the updated page.
