Who handles your information
Harbourlight flash Limited is responsible for the enquiry information collected through this website. For enquiries about this notice or your submitted information, contact support@harbourlightflash.io and include your submission reference if available.
Information collected and why
The form requests your company name, contact name, business email address, selected service and a short description of the business need. These fields allow us to identify the requesting business, assess the proposed scope and reply to the contact. You must confirm your authority to provide the information and consent to its use for this enquiry. Consent does not subscribe you to marketing.
The server also records the submission reference, receipt time and privacy-notice version. Security checks use a keyed hash derived from connection information, timing tokens and temporary submission-limit records. We do not include your raw IP address in the enquiry record. Hosting infrastructure may separately process request and connection information for delivery and security.
Submission, access and service providers
Selecting Review enquiry lets you check the details before choosing Send enquiry. Only the final submission sends the form to the server. A successful confirmation is shown only after the record has been saved in private storage. Keep the reference number if you need to follow up.
Vercel supplies website hosting and server functions. Enquiry records are stored in the configured United States storage region. Access is restricted to authorised account and project users. Where email notification is configured, enquiry details are also sent to the company business mailbox using the configured mail provider. This is used to handle your request, not to sell your information or create a public record.
Service-provider processing can involve a country outside your own. Do not submit confidential files in this initial form. If your proposed engagement has specific location or data-transfer requirements, establish those requirements before sending business records.
Retention and security
Enquiry records in the website’s private storage are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Email copies and subsequent correspondence are retained separately for handling the discussion or engagement; contact us to request their review or deletion. Temporary abuse-control and notification-status records are also removed on a scheduled basis. If a discussion develops into an engagement, relevant correspondence and contracted records may be retained separately under the applicable engagement arrangements and legal requirements.
Private server storage, HTTPS, access restrictions and input checks form part of the website controls. No system can guarantee absolute security. Do not enter passwords, bank access details, payment-card information, identity documents or unnecessary personal data about other people.
Your choices and requests
You can browse without submitting an enquiry, edit the review before sending, and ask us to correct or delete information already submitted. Where applicable law provides access, objection, restriction, portability or other rights, contact support@harbourlightflash.io so we can assess the request. We may need proportionate information to verify the requester.
You may withdraw consent for subsequent handling of the enquiry by contacting us. Withdrawal does not undo processing already carried out. Some information may need to be retained for a legal obligation, a dispute or a separately agreed service; we will explain any relevant limitation.
Cookies and changes
This website adds no advertising trackers or third-party analytics and uses no non-essential cookies. Required hosting and security functions may process technical information independently of the enquiry form. The website does not use enquiry information to make automated investment or credit decisions.
This page is updated when the website handling changes. The current version is dated 4 November 2026. Review any separate privacy and confidentiality arrangements before providing records for an engagement.
