Our service perimeter

Harbourlight flash Limited provides B2B corporate treasury analysis, cross-border financial operations consulting, corporate payment workflow optimisation, financial risk information analysis and international business financial support. Our focus is internal financial planning, information and management processes.

We do not hold, transfer or invest client funds. Consulting on payment workflows or international business arrangements does not make us a remittance provider, currency exchange business, payment processor, deposit taker or investment manager. Regulated services must be performed by independently authorised providers under applicable law.

Regulatory awareness

Requirements depend on the actual activity, the parties involved and the relevant jurisdictions. A service description on this website is not evidence of a regulatory licence or an exemption. Work should remain within the consulting scope established for the engagement.

Where a proposal raises a licensing, legal, tax or other specialist question, the relevant issue needs to be resolved before the affected work proceeds. Clients retain responsibility for their business decisions and for engaging appropriately qualified or authorised providers where required.

Client and engagement understanding

We adopt client identity, business-background and contract-management procedures appropriate to actual business activities and applicable requirements. The purpose is to understand who is requesting the work, the commercial context and whether the proposed support falls within our role.

Before an engagement begins, the parties should establish the legal contracting entities, authorised points of contact, objectives, service boundaries, required information, deliverables and fees. Requests involving client money handling or an unsupported regulated activity fall outside the services described here.

Information handling and website security

The website enquiry form uses HTTPS and server-side validation. Accepted enquiries are saved in private storage with access limited to authorised account and project users. Privacy consent is required before submission; timing checks, a hidden spam field and submission limits help reduce automated abuse. These measures reduce risk but do not make every submission trustworthy.

Initial enquiries should contain a business summary, not account credentials, identity documents or payment instructions. For a formal project, confidential-document exchange, permitted recipients, access and retention arrangements are agreed before records are shared. The Privacy Policy explains website collection and handling.

Risk-aware analysis and delivery

Our analysis considers liquidity needs, operating costs, process dependencies and the quality of available information. A useful assessment separates verified inputs from assumptions, identifies gaps and makes the limits of a conclusion visible.

The engagement scope should define client responsibilities, review points and how material changes are handled. Recommendations support management judgement; they do not eliminate financial or operational risk. Forecasts remain conditional on their assumptions and require review as circumstances change.

Transparency without implied endorsement

Our business model is based on agreed fees for project consulting, process improvement and recurring operational support. No claim of guaranteed outcomes, bank affiliation, regulatory endorsement or client-fund protection should be inferred from the website. Illustrations show concepts rather than live business performance.
